About project

Smart Living @Nusle, or also Nová “Nuselská”, is an addition to Trigema’s residential concept. By the end of 2020, a residential site will grow up on the territory of the former Nusle Dairy, comprising 146 Smart Living units. Future residents will undoubtedly appreciate that the site of around 3000 m2 will also incorporate a courtyard planted with lush greenery and equipped with benches and other furniture for relaxing. The site is located directly opposite the rising Na Jezerce street, which also provides a vista into the courtyard.

Cellar storage rooms and parking

Cellar storage rooms are located in Basement 1 and on the ground floor, and they are included in the price of your apartment.

Garage parking spaces must be purchased along with your apartment, and their price is not included in the price of your apartment. Garage and parking spaces cost from 593 500 CZK incl. VAT. Parking in the NMN@Holešovice building is sized to ensure maximum optimization of the use of basement space and will also be implemented using modern technologically independent stackers.

SMART LIVING NMN@Holešovice apartment building emphasizes the use of high-quality materials and working methods which secure building residents the long lifetime of their new home. The NMN project, like all other Trigema residential projects, has a Band B - efficient energy rating.

The apartment price does not include the garage price. Mortgage repayment calculations are purely indicative.

Kitchen units, electrical appliances, furniture and home furnishings displayed in illustrative apartment floor-plans are not included in the apartment price. The location of furniture is purely illustrative. The dimensions of individual rooms are taken from the design documents.

If a consumer dispute arises in future between the purchaser and the vendor, the out-of-court settlement of such disputes is mandated to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
